摘要
黑龙江地处“中蒙俄”经济走廊关键节点,其发展前景广阔。但目前仍面临对俄跨境电商产业集聚度较低、模式单一、复合型人才不足等问题,应充分发挥跨境电商综合试验区优势、辐射带动产业集聚发展,推动跨境电子商务高质量发展。
Heilongjiang,the crucial area of cross border e-commerce prompted by Belt and road initiatives has a very promising prospect.However,it’s still in a dilemma of low agglomeration industrialization in the cross-border e-commerce to Russia, profitable single model,low customs clearance efficiency, high taxation, and compound talents deficiency. We should bring the the comprehensive bond area’s superiority into full play,promote the development of industrial agglomeration, and accelerate the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce.
