摘要
目的 探究中医外治法治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法 60例骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医外治法治疗。对比两组治疗效果及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分为(87.34±3.76)分,高于对照组的(60.43±3.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者在常规药物治疗的基础上增加中医外治,能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on osteoporotic compression fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with osteoporotic compression fractures were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,and the observation group received external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 93.33%of the observation group was higher than 66.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was(87.34±3.76)points,which was higher than(60.43±3.48)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional drug treatment for patients with osteoporosis compression fracture can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect of patients,and improve the quality of life score of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
