摘要
目的研究心电图工作室的流程优化方案,并调查其管理成效。方法选取18名心电图室工作人员为研究对象,于2020年1月—2021年1月予以普通心电图室管理,纳入普通组;于2021年2月—2022年2月予以工作流程优化,纳入优化组。观察两组工作人员的管理质量,评估工作效率,统计工作满意度。结果优化组管理质量高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.780、3.104、4.051、4.072、3.770、2.999,P<0.05)。优化组检查时间及报告时间比普通组短,差异有统计学意义(t=5.007、6.435,P<0.05)。优化组工作满意度(94.44%)比普通组(66.67%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.434,P<0.05)。结论工作流程优化后可经多维度提升心电图室管理质量,能提高检查效率,缩短检查时间,并能获得各检查人员的高度满意。
Objective To study the process optimization scheme of ECG studio and investigate its management effect.Methods 18 ECG room staff were selected as the research objects.From January 2020 to January 2021,the general ECG room management was carried out and included in the ordinary group;from February 2021 to February 2022,the workflow would be optimized and included in the optimization group.The management quality of the two groups of staff was observed,work efficiency was assessed,and job satisfaction was counted.Results The management quality of the optimization group was higher than that of the ordinary group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.780,3.104,4.051,4.072,3.770,2.999,P<0.05).The inspection time and reporting time of the optimization group were shorter than those of the ordinary group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.007,6.435,P<0.05).The job satisfaction of the optimization group(94.44%)was higher than that of the ordinary group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.434,P<0.05).Conclusion After the workflow optimization,the management quality of the ECG room can be improved in multiple dimensions,the inspection efficiency can be improved,the inspection time can be shortened,and the inspectors can be highly satisfied.
