摘要
立足办学定位和发展方向主动寻求最为适切的产教融合建设路径,是民族地区职业教育实现自我发展、激发民族地区脱贫内生动力及教育精准扶贫的重要选择。借鉴组织社会学的合理性分析框架,本研究发现民族地区职业教育在产教融合实践中面临内在动力难以激发、价值认同缺失、法理依据不足、能力与目标双重滞后等诸多困境,较大程度上制约了产教融合的发展空间。在产教融合进程中,应坚持“动力激发为关键”“理念更新为基础”“制度设计为核心”“能力建设为保障”的深层逻辑。基于此种逻辑提出的产教融合优化路径为:强化融合意识,以价值内化增强行动自觉;加强制度设计,以统筹规划强化组织合力;关注多元诉求,以利益共享激发融合动力;重视能力建设,以共享、互赢的有效行动积聚融合实力。
It is an important choice for the vocational education in ethnic regions to realize self-development, poverty alleviation in ethnic areas and targeted poverty alleviation through stimulating endogenous momentum in ethnic regions while focusing on school operation and seeking most adaptive integration of industry and eduction with self-motivated positioning and development direction. Referring to the rationality analysis framework of organizational sociology, this study finds that in the practice of integration of industry and education, vocational education in ethnic area is faced with many difficulties, such as the difficulty in stimulating internal motivation, lack of value identity, insufficient legal basis, inability of both competence and goal, which to a large extent restricts the development space of integration of industry and education. In the process of the integration of industry and education, we should adhere to the profound logic of “motivation stimulation as the key”, “concept renewal as the basis”, “system design as the core” and “capacity building as the guarantee”. The optimization path of industry and education integration based on this logic is as follows: strengthening the consciousness of integration, and enhancing the consciousness of action with value internalization;strengthening the system design, and strengthening the organizational force with overall planning;paying attention to multiple demands, and stimulating the power of integration through benefit sharing.
