摘要
目的评估骨科护理管理中应用绩效结合岗位层级设置管理的效果。方法选取该院骨科36名护理人员作为研究对象。2020年1—12月期间该院骨科护理管理中未应用绩效结合岗位层级设置管理,2021年1—12月期间该院骨科护理管理中应用了绩效结合岗位层级设置管理。比较绩效结合岗位层级设置管理应用前后骨科护理人员理论考核、操作考核、继续教育考核的合格率以及患者满意度评分。结果应用绩效结合岗位层级设置管理后骨科护理人员理论考核、操作考核、继续教育考核的合格率均高于应用绩效结合岗位层级设置管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用绩效结合岗位层级设置管理后患者满意度高于应用绩效结合岗位层级设置管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科护理管理中应用绩效结合岗位层级设置管理可得到良好的效果,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of applying performance combined with post-level setting management in orthopaedic nursing management.Methods Thirty-six nurses from the Department of Orthopedics in the hospital were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2020,the management of orthopaedic nursing in the hospital did not apply performance combined with post-level setting management.From January to December 2021,the management of orthopaedic nursing in the hospital will be combined with performance and post-level setting management.Compared the pass rate of theoretical assessment,operation assessment,continuing education assessment and patient satisfaction score of orthopaedic nurses before and after the application of performance combined with post-level setting management.Results The pass rates of theoretical assessment,operation assessment and continuing education assessment of orthopaedic nurses after applying performance combined with post level setting management were higher than those before applying performance combining post level setting management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction after applying performance combined with post level setting management was higher than before applying performance combined with post level setting management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of performance combined with post level setting management in orthopaedic nursing management can achieve good results and is worthy of promotion.
