绩效考核管理模式在心内科护理管理中的应用价值探讨 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨在心内科护理管理中应用绩效考核管理模式的价值。方法选取临海市第二人民24名心内科在职护理人员作为本次研究的对象,研究时间为2018年1月—2020年12月。以2019年6月实施绩效考核管理模式为分界点,比较绩效考核管理模式实施前、后的护理质量指标评分;随机抽选护理管理模式应用期间的115例心内科患者进行问卷调查,比较患者对护理人员的满意度和患者治疗期间的不良事件发生率。结果绩效考核管理模式实施后的护理质量各项指标评分,均高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后的患者满意度评分,比实施前高(P<0.05);实施后的不良事件发生率为6.09%,低于实施前的21.74%(P<0.05)。结论将绩效考核管理模式应用在心内科护理管理中,将护理人员的工作绩效与奖金、职称等职业福利相挂钩,对护理人员的工作质量、工作态度、专业水平等护理工作进行全面的评估、考核,能有效提升护理人员工作的积极性,增强护理人员的工作主动性,对提高护理质量和护理工作的效率有积极影响,利于降低心内科护理工作的失误,提升患者满意度,对促进医患和谐有重要意义。 Objective To explore the value of applying performance appraisal management model in the nursing management of cardiology department.Methods 24 in-service nursing staff in the department of Cardiology of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study,which was conducted from January 2018 to December 2020.Taking the implementation of performance appraisal management mode in June 2019 as the cut-off point,the nursing quality index scores before and after the implementation of performance appraisal management mode were compared.115 patients in the department of Cardiology during the application of nursing management mode were randomly selected for a questionnaire survey to compare the satisfaction of patients with nursing staff and the incidence of adverse events during treatment.Results The scores of various indicators of nursing quality after the implementation of performance appraisal management mode were all higher than before the implementation(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction score after implementation was higher than that before implementation(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events after implementation was 6.09%,lower than 21.74%before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion applying performance appraisal management in cardiology nursing management,nursing staff’s work performance and bonus,titles,such as professional welfare link,to the patient’s quality of work,work attitude,professional nursing content to conduct a comprehensive assessment,evaluation,can effectively enhance the enthusiasm of nursing staff,enhance the nurses’working initiative,to improve the efficiency of nursing quality and nursing work has a positive effect,to reduce the heart medicine nursing mistakes,improve patient satisfaction,to promote harmonious doctor-patient has important significance.
