摘要
随着现代医疗卫生技术的进步,临床诊疗工作取得了卓有成就的发展,与此同时,由高新医疗技术带来的负面问题也受到了社会各界的高度关注。限制类医疗技术的开展体现出创新性与探索性,同时也伴随着高风险,与常规医疗活动相比,风险性更高。目前,因医疗技术缺陷、使用者资质欠缺或技术不合理应用等造成的医疗资源浪费、医疗费用攀升问题屡见不鲜,导致医疗安全事故的发生,引起不必要的医疗纠纷,因此加强医疗技术管理尤为重要。限制类医疗技术是医疗技术管理的重中之重,研究介绍了限制类医疗技术的内涵与管理要求,分析了规范化管理的必要性,针对当前限制类医疗技术管理存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,以期为限制类医疗技术管理提供参考。
With the progress of modern medical and health technology,the clinical diagnosis and treatment work has achieved remarkable development.At the same time,the negative problems caused by high-tech medical technology have also attracted great attention from all walks of life.The development of restricted medical technologies is innovative and exploratory,but also accompanied by high risks.Compared to routine medical activities,risks are higher.At present,it is not uncommon for medical resources to be wasted and medical expenses to rise due to medical technology defects,lack of user qualifications or unreasonable application of technology,resulting in medical safety accidents and unnecessary medical disputes.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the management of medical technology.Restricted medical technology is the top priority of medical technology management.The research introduces the connotation and management requirements of restricted medical technology,and analyzes the necessity of standardized management.In view of the current problems in the management of restricted medical technology,corresponding countermeasures are put forward,in order to provide a reference for the management of restricted medical technology.
