摘要
"负面清单"管理模式的实施能够科学合理地界定和引导医疗技术的应用开展,但医疗机构需要抓好技术应用的监管和服务环节。通过制定科学可行的个性化"负面清单",建立完备有效的临床应用管理制度和动态监管机制,科学规范管理流程,医疗机构才能有效地开展"负面清单"管理。由于目前该管理模式还处于探索阶段,医疗机构可以通过引入多元化监管,提升自身信息化水平,警惕医疗技术滥用等方式来提升"负面清单"管理模式应用的科学性和合理性。
The implementation of negative list management model can scientifically and rationally define and guide the application of medical technology. However, the medical institutions need to do a good job in the supervision and service. Through making a scientific and feasible personalized negative list, establishing a complete and effective management system and dynamic supervmion mechanism, as well as designing scientific and standardized management processes, medical institutions can effectively implement the negative list management. Because the current management model is still in the exploratory stage, the negative list management model can be improved through introducing multi-supervision, high- level informatization and prevention of abuse of medical technology.
