摘要
通过对铝合金预拉伸板材分段设计、划线标识和测量数据的收集与分析,研究了12000 t拉伸机在拉伸过程中铝合金预拉伸板材在长度、宽度方向的拉伸率均匀性的变化趋势,从而对预拉伸板材拉伸率的均匀性进行相对定量标定;既为12000 t拉伸机对板材残余应力影响作基础数据参考,又对现场工业化生产进行指导,以便于板材在定尺锯切时可以切除拉伸率不均匀部分,减少由于拉伸机拉伸对铝合金预拉伸板材拉伸率不均匀而导致的铝合金预拉伸板材加工变形。结果表明在相同的工艺条件下,切除铝合金预拉伸板材拉伸率不均匀部分,能很好地保证预拉伸板材加工变形的稳定性,减少由于加工变形所带来的报废损失。
Through the collection and analysis of the step-by-step design,underlined marking and measurement data of aluminum al⁃loy prestretching plate,the trend change of the tensile rate uniformity of the 12000 t extender in the direction of length and width was studied.Thus,the homogeneity of the tensile ratio of aluminum alloy prestretching plate can be relatively quantified,which can not only be used as a reference for the data base for the tensile effect of the drawing machine on the residual stress of the plate,but also can guide the on-site production that is,the cutting during stretching.The influence of stretcher on the deformation of aluminum alloy prestretching plate caused by uneven tensile ratio of aluminum alloy prestretching plate is eliminated.The results show that under the same process conditions,the removal of the uneven tensile ratio of aluminum alloy prestretching plate can ensure the stability of the prestretching plate deformation and reduce the scrap loss caused by the processing deformation.
