摘要
为了满足LD2超厚铝合金锻件(d1800mm×460mm)的使用力学性能特殊要求,对降低超厚铝合金锻件残余应力的新技术进行了系统的研究,合适的热处理工艺为:固溶温度480℃,淬火水温80℃,淬火出水温度120℃,淬火后与变形间隔不大于3h,淬火后冷变形量为3%~5%,165+5℃人工时15h。强度指标(σb,σ02,HB)比未经热处理的状态提高60%~70%,塑性指标和导电率提高50%。采用有限元法分析了锻件淬火残余应力。
In order to satisfy the special needs of mechanical properties of extra thick aluminium alloy forging LD2 ( d 1 800mm×460mm), the new technique to eliminate the residual stress of extra thick aluminium alloy forging has been studied systematically and the forging quench residual stress has been analysed using finite element method.The experimental results are in accordance with those calculated by FEM.
