摘要
基于计算机仿真技术,利用三维高斯圆锥热源模型对汽车变速箱双联齿轮激光焊接过程进行数值模拟。采用纳米压痕法测量双联齿轮激光焊接后的残余应力分布,并与仿真结果进行对比分析。结果表明:建立的双联齿轮激光焊接仿真模型在一定程度上成功地实现了对双联齿轮激光焊接过程焊接温度场、残余应力的模拟,为优化双联齿轮激光焊接工艺提供了理论依据和指导。
Based on computer simulation technology, three-dimensional Gaussian tapered heat source was used to simulate laser welding automobile gearbox double gear process and the simulation results of the temperature field and welding residual stress in the welding process were obtained. Nano-indentation method was used to detect the residual stress of laser welding dual gear. In contrast with the simulation results, the results show that the laser welding dual gear heat source model can effectively predict within a certain range welding temperature field, stress field and deformation in laser welding dual gear process, which can provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the optimization of laser welding process.
