摘要
目的 探讨分析在医院护理管理中应用全面质量管理措施的作用。方法 选取山东省聊城市茌平区人民医院的120名护理人员进行此次研究,时间为2019年4月—2021年4月。应用前(2019年4月—2020年3月)未实施全面质量管理措施,应用后(2020年4月—2021年4月)实施全面质量管理措施。观察比较实施全面质量管理措施前后的应用效果。结果 全面质量管理措施应用后,理论知识分数、实践操作技能分数高于应用前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全面质量管理措施应用后平均每月护理投诉事件、不良事件次数低于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全面质量管理措施应用后护理质量评分高于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 根据本次研究的结果可以确认,在医院护理管理中应用全面质量管理措施有着极其明显的作用,能够有效增强对患者的护理质量,提高护理人员的职业素质,避免出现护理不良事件,保障医院的健康发展,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the role of total quality management measures in hospital nursing management. Methods A total of 120 nurses from Chiping District People’s Hospital were selected for this study from April 2019 to April 2021. Total quality management measures were not implemented before application from April 2019 to March 2020,and implemented after application from April 2020 to April 2021. The application effect before and after the implementation of total quality management measures were observed and compared. Results After the application of total quality management measures,the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills were higher than those before the application,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The average number of nursing complaints and adverse events per month after the application of total quality management measures was lower than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing quality score after the application of total quality management measures was higher than that before the application,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion According to the results of this study,it could be confirmed that the application of total quality management measures in hospital nursing management had an extremely obvious role,which could effectively enhance the nursing quality of patients,improve the professional quality of nurses,avoid adverse nursing events and ensure the healthy development of the hospital. It was worthy of clinical application.
