摘要
目的分析对肝胆管结石肝切除术患者应用快速康复理念护理对促进术后恢复、减少并发症和提高患者满意度的效果。方法选取112例在2022年5月至2023年5月期间在我院诊出肝胆管结石并要求治疗的患者,随机分为观察组(56例,引入快速康复理念)和对照组(56例,采用常规护理),对比两组恢复时间、术后不同时间疼痛评分以及患者满意度、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者恢复时间低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后6 h、24 h和48 h VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肝胆管结石肝切除术患者引入术后快速康复理念具有良好的护理干预效果,能有效缩短患者恢复时间,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with hepatolithiasis resection on promoting postoperative recovery,reducing complications and improving patient satisfaction.Methods A total of 112 patients diagnosed with hepatolithiasis in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 who required treatment were randomly divided into the observation group(56 cases with the introduction of rapid recovery concept)and the control group(56 cases with routine care).The recovery time,postoperative pain scores at different times,patient satisfaction,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the scores of 6 h,24 h and 48 h VAS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Introducing the concept of rapid postoperative rehabilitation to patients undergoing hepatic resection for hepatic bile duct stones has a good nursing intervention effect,which can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
