摘要
产教融合已经成为推动现代职业教育发展的主线,其本质是解决职业教育资源整合问题,直接目的在于提升职业教育质量。高职院校需要按照专业结构与产业结构融合、专业标准与职业要求融合、教学资源与产业资源融合、教育机制与产业机制融合等“四个融合”路径,推进深化产教融合。浙江艺术职业学院以“四个融合”路径为主导,以调整完善专业架构、研制人才培养方案及课程标准、加强优质艺术教育资源建设、打造“山水课堂”艺术实践教学品牌、推行实施现代学徒制等举措为抓手,不断深化校企合作,逐步形成艺术类高职院校产教融合的“浙艺样本”。
The integration of industry and education has become the main line of the development of modern vocational education.Its essence is to solve the problem of vocational education resource integration,and its direct purpose is to improve the quality of vocational education.Vocational colleges need to promote and deepen the integration of industry and education according to the“Four Integration”paths,including the integration of professional structure and industrial structure,the integration of professional standards and professional requirements,the integration of teaching resources and industrial resources,and the integration of educational mechanism and industrial mechanism.Taking the“Four Integration”as the path,Zhejiang Vocational Academy of Art focuses on adjusting and improving the professional structure,developing talent training programs and curriculum standards,strengthening the construction of high-quality art education resources,building the“landscape classroom”art practice teaching brand,and implementing the modern apprenticeship system,so as to continuously deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and gradually form the integration of industry and education in art higher vocational colleges“the sample of Zhejiang Vocational Academy of Art”.
