摘要
目的:分析慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者应用鼻内镜手术治疗的临床效果以及对睡眠质量的改善作用。方法:选取2019年12月至2021年1月山东国欣颐养集团肥城医院收治的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者150例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组行鼻内镜手术治疗。结果:观察组临床治疗总体效果显著好于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,复发率、不良反应均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组智力状态优于对照组,睡眠质量优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜手术疗效理想,复发率低,不良反应少,而且对患者睡眠质量具有积极的改善作用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps and the improvement effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 150 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Feicheng Hospital from December 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given nasal endoscopic surgery.Results:The overall clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score was lower than that of the control group,the recurrence rate and adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The mental state and sleep quality of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic sinus surgery has ideal curative effect,low recurrence rate,less adverse reactions,and has a positive effect on improving sleep quality of patients.
