摘要
煤矿井下断层等地质构造易造成巷道顶板破碎,从而引发片帮、漏顶等安全事故。以西曲矿28310工作面为例,应用地面定向钻孔预注浆技术,对断层破碎带进行超前注浆加固。施工效果表明,注浆加固施工后可使破碎顶板重新固化改性,有效提高围岩强度和整体性,保障工作面顺利通过断层。
Underground faults and other geological structures in coal mines are easy to cause roadway roof breakage,resulting in safety accidents such as wall breaking and roof leakage.Taking 28310 working face of Xiqu Mine as an example,the ground directional drilling and pre-grouting technology was applied to strengthen the fault fracture zone.The construction effect showed that after the grouting reinforcement construction,the broken roof can be solidified and modified again,the strength and integrity of surrounding rock can be effectively improved,and the working face can pass through the fault smoothly.
