摘要
为研究沿空留巷工艺在大采高综采工作面顶板管控方面支护的可靠性,针对大柳塔煤矿52605综采工作面施工的大采高沿空留巷工程顶板管控方法和留巷施工区顶板支护技术机理进行了分析与总结,利用数值模拟软件对支护参数进行验证,结合工程现场上传的砼墙应力监测、尤洛卡应力监测、顶板离层和围岩移近量观测数据,论证了该工程支护方案的可行性,并且提出了针对该工程留巷段顶板管控的方案与措施,为近似采场条件和该盘区下一接续工作面沿空留巷顶板管控提供借鉴。
In order to study the reliability of support of gob-side entry retaining technology in roof control of fully mechanized mining face in high mining height.The article analyses and summarizes the roof control method of gob-side entry retaining engineering and technical mechanism of roof support in gob-side entry retaining area for construction of 52605 fully-mechanized mining face in Daliuta Coal Mine,validates support parameters by numerical simulation software,and combines stress monitoring of concrete wall uploaded from engineering site,stress monitoring of Yuluoka,and so on.Observation data of roof separation and surrounding rock proximity demonstrate the feasibility of the support scheme of the project,and put forward the scheme and measures for roof control of the retained roadway section of the project,which can provide reference for similar stoping conditions and the control of the retained roadway roof along the empty side of the next successive working face in the pan area.
