摘要
思政教育是课程教育的“根脉”,立德树人、德法兼修是思政教育与法律职业伦理教育同向同行之本,两者的纵深贯通式融合是必然之势。为使课程思政建设进一步加强,挖掘“纵向贯通空间”则是应然之举,即实现面向深度学习的“双课”教学共同运行,数据赋能“双课”教育联通以及打破“教”与“学”的边界,实现“双课”教育的相互贯通。构建“纵向贯通空间”需要打造以道德素质教育为中心的课程体系,发展学习分析技术的资源服务,建设基于学生情感培养的话语互动体系和促进深度学习的评价体系,建立法律职业伦理教育共同体和提升实践教学载体中思政引领效果,从而在法律职业伦理教育中实现思政教育空间最大化。
Ideological and political education is the"root"of curriculum education,cultivation of morality and law is the foundation of the integration of ideological and political education and legal professional ethics education,and the deep integration of the two is inevitable.To further strengthen the construction of ideological and political education,it is necessary to explore the"vertical integration space",that is,to realize the cooperation of dual-course teaching for deep learning,the data-empowered connection of dual-course education,and to break the boundary between"teaching"and"learning",so as to realize the mutual reflection of dual course education.To build a"vertical integration space",it is necessary to create a curriculum system centered on moral quality education,develop resource services for learning analytics,build a discourse interaction system based on students'emotion cultivation and a learning evaluation system to promote deep learning,establish a legal professional ethics education community and improve the effect of ideological leadership in practical teaching carrier.Thus,the space for ideological and political education is maximized in legal professional ethics education.
