摘要
目的:探究减轻应激训练联合个体化心理干预应用于肝癌介入治疗患者的效果。方法:选取某院90例肝癌患者,均接受介入治疗,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组给予个体化心理干预,观察组联合减轻应激训练,对比两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、睡眠情况[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子-1(CSF-1)水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及缺氧诱导因子-1α多肽(HIF-1α)水平。结果:干预后观察组SAS、SDS、PSQI、CSF-1、CRP、HIF-1α、VEGF均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:减轻应激训练对肝癌介入治疗患者干预,可显著降低焦虑抑郁情绪的表达,减轻应激反应、CSF-1水平,提升睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of stress reduction training combined with individual psychological intervention in the interventional treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma patients.Methods:90 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in a hospital were selected and divided into the two groups according to random number table method.The two groups were all given interventional therapy.45 patients in the control group received individual psychological intervention,and 45 patients in the observation group was combined stress reduction training.The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),sleep condition[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)],macrophage colony stimulating factor-1(CSF-1),C-reactive protein(CRP),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and hypoxia-inducible factor-1αpolypeptide(HIF-1α)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,SAS,SDS,PSQI,CSF-1,CRP,HIF-1αand VEGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intervention of stress reduction training for patients with interventional therapy for liver cancer can significantly reduce the expression of anxiety and depression,reduce stress response,CSF-1 level,and improve sleep quality.
