摘要
目的探讨基于时机理论对肝癌抑郁患者行心理干预对患者心理弹性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年10月于本院收治98例肝癌患者,依据随机数表法将患者分为观察组及对照组,对照组49例患者给予常规护理干预,49例观察组在对照组的基础上给予时机理论下的心理干预。比较两组患者干预前及干预后心理弹性(CD-RISC10评分)、抑郁情绪(PHQ-9评分)、生活质量(FACT-Hep评分)及护理满意度。结果观察组患者干预后CD-RIS10评分高于对照组,PHQ-9评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在时机理论下给予肝癌抑郁患者心理干预有利于提高患者的心理弹性及生活质量,改善患者抑郁情绪,获得较好的护理满意度评价。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on mental resilience and quality of life in patients with liver cancer and depression based on timing theory.Methods A total of 98 patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.49 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and 49 patients in the observation group were given psychological intervention under the timing theory on the basis of the control group.Mental resilience(CD-RISC10 score),depression(PHQ-9 score),quality of life(FACT-HEP score)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the CD-RIS10 score in observation group was higher than that in control group,while the PHQ-9 score in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction evaluation of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the timing theory,psychological intervention in patients with liver cancer depression is beneficial to improve the mental resilience and quality of life of patients,improve the depressed mood of patients,and obtain a better evaluation of nursing satisfaction.
