摘要
目的评估慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者家庭照顾者的负荷水平及社会支持,并研究两者之间的相关性。方法 2010年6—12月采用描述性研究方法对我科102例CHF患者及家庭照顾者进行问卷调查。结果 CHF患者家庭照顾者整体负荷平均得分(27.45±11.68)分,整体支持度平均得分(38.25±7.26)分。CHF患者家庭照顾者整体负荷与社会支持呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 CHF患者家庭照顾者负荷具有普遍性,其水平受社会支持度的影响,医务工作者应采取综合措施提高社会支持水平,维持患者照顾者身心健康及改善家庭护理质量。
Objective To assess the level of caregiver burden and social support for patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） and to explore their relationship. Methods 102 CHF patients and their caregivers admitted to our department from June to December in 2010 were surveyed by questionnaires with descriptive cross sectional study. Results The mean ZBI score was （ 27.45 ± 11.68 ） and the mean SSRS score was （ 38. 25± 7.26 ）, and there was a negative correlation between the level of care giver burden and social support （P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusion Caregiver burden is common in partners of CHF patients and it nega tively correlates with social support. Therefore, more comprehensive efforts should be made to improve the social support and thus maintain the physical and mental health of partners and improve the quality of family based care.
