摘要
目的:研究探金蚧片联合伐地那非对勃起功能障碍患者阴茎血流动力学指标的影响。方法:选取2019年10月—2021年10月本院收治的92例勃起功能障碍患者为治疗对象,随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组46例。对照组给予伐地那非治疗,观察组给予金蚧片联合伐地那非治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、血流动力学指标、血清学指标、治疗安全性。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为91.30%,高于对照组的71.74%(P<0.05);观察组国际勃起功能评分-5(IIEF-5)、勃起硬度评分(EHS)、勃起质量量表(EQS)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阴茎海绵体舒张末期峰值流速(EDV)、收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、搏动指数(PI)均高于对照组,阻力指数(RI)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:金蚧片联合伐地那非对勃起功能障碍患者治疗效果显著,能够改善患者的勃起功能障碍评分,改善患者的阴茎海绵体血流动力学,改善患者的血管内皮功能,治疗安全性良好。
Objective:To study the effect of Jinjie tablet combined with vardenafil on penile hemodynamics in patients with erectile dysfunction.Methods:A total of 92 patients with erectile dysfunction treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with vardenafil,and the observation group was treated with Jinjie tablet combined with vardenafil.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,hemodynamic indexes,serological indexes and treatment safety of the two groups were statistically compared.Results:after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.30%(42/46),which was higher than that of the control group 71.74%(33/46)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of international erectile function score-5(IIEF-5),erectile hardness score(EHS)and erectile quality scale(EQS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak diastolic velocity(EDV),peak systolic velocity(PSV)and pulsatility index(PI)of penile cavernous body in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the resistance index(RI)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelin-1(ET-1),vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jinjie tablet combined with vardenafil is effective in the treatment of patients with erectile dysfunction.It can improve the score of erectile dysfunction,improve the hemodynamics of penile cavernous body and vascular endothelial function.The treatment is safe.
