摘要
目的探讨右归胶囊联合盆底肌康复训练在男性勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)中的临床应用效果.方法选取2019年1月—2020年10月于该院接受治疗的ED患者135例为研究对象,依据治疗方法的不同分为训练组、右归胶囊组、联合治疗组,每组45例.训练组采用单纯的盆底肌康复训练,右归胶囊组采用右归胶囊单药治疗,而联合组则采用右归胶囊联合盆底肌康复训练治疗.比较三组患者治疗后勃起功能的改善情况、治疗前后的国际勃起功能指数问卷-5(international index erectile function-5,IIEF-5)评分.结果训练组患者的勃起功能改善率为66.67%,右归胶囊组患者的改善率为73.33%,联合组患者的改善率为91.11%,联合组患者改善率明显高于训练组与右归胶囊组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,三组患者的IIEF-5评分组间两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,右归胶囊组与联合组患者的IIEF-5评分明显高于训练组,联合组患者的IIEF评分明显高于右归胶囊组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗2个月后,右归胶囊组与联合组患者的IIEF-5评分明显高于训练组,联合组患者IIEF评分明显高于右归胶囊组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论右归胶囊联合盆底肌康复训练治疗男性ED的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的病情,提高其性功能.
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Yougui capsule combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training in male erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods 135 ED patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into training group,Yougui capsule group,and combined treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.The training group was treated with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training,the Yougui capsule group was treated with Yougui capsule monotherapy,and the combination group was treated with Yougui capsule combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation.The erectile function improvement after treatment and the international index erectile function-5(IIEF-5)scores before and after treatment of the three groups of patients were compared.Results The improvement rate of erectile function in the training group was 66.67%,the improvement rate of patients in the Yougui capsule group was 73.33%,and the improvement rate of patients in the combination group was 91.11%.The improvement rate of patients in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the training group and the Yougui capsule group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the IIEF-5 scores of the patients in the Yougui capsule group and the combination group were significantly higher than that of the training group,and the IIEF score of the patients in the combination group was significantly higher than that of the Yougui capsule group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the IIEF-5 scores of the patients in the Yougui capsule group and the combination group were significantly higher than that of the training group,and the IIEF score of the patients in the combination group was significantly higher than that of the Yougui capsule group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yougui capsule combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training has significant clinical effects in male ED,which can effectively improve the patient's condition and their sexual function.
