摘要
目的探讨综合护理措施对肺癌手术患者心理情况、自我护理能力与生活质量的影响。方法研究对象均方便选取自2020年4月—2021年3月期间于该院行肺癌手术治疗的患者90例,以随机数表法分为两组。对照组45例行常规护理,研究组45例在此基础上应用综合护理措施。针对两组护理干预前后的心理情况、自我护理能力与生活质量进行比较。结果干预后,研究组SAS评分(42.10±10.00)分与SDS评分(46.32±8.77)分较对照组(49.52±9.78)分、(55.65±7.02)分低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.559、5.571,P<0.05),ESCA量表中疾病知识了解评分(30.45±5.47)分、自我责任(46.98±5.03)分、自我护理能力(34.50±4.00)分、自我概念评分(26.47±4.09)分较对照组(20.35±3.78)分、(40.65±5.00)分、(23.47±5.09)分、(18.52±3.87)分高,差异有统计学意义(t=10.190、5.987、11.430、9.471,P<0.05),QLQ-C30量表中角色评分(65.85±10.02)分、社会评分(74.05±10.56)分、认知评分(71.65±6.00)分、情绪评分(70.65±8.04)分、躯体评分(65.45±10.85)分较对照组(59.03±10.00)分、(67.78±8.80)分、(65.47±6.02)分、(63.47±7.46)分、(59.00±9.47)分高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.022、3.060、4.878、4.391、3.004,P<0.05)。结论综合护理措施能够有效改善肺癌手术患者的心理情况,提高其自我护理能力,保障生活质量,适于临床应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on the psychological condition,self-care ability and quality of life of patients with lung cancer surgery.Methods The 90 study subjects were all patients who underwent surgery for lung cancer in the hospital and conveniently selected from April 2020 to March 2021.They were divided into two groups using a random number table.45 cases in the control group received routine nursing care,and 45 cases in the study group applied comprehensive nursing measures on this basis.To observe and compare the psychological condition,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results After intervention,SAS score(42.10±10.00)points and SDS score(46.32±8.77)points in the study group were lower than those in the control group(49.52±9.78)points and(55.65±7.02)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.559,5.571,P<0.05).The disease knowledge understanding score(30.45±5.47)points,self-responsibility score(46.98±5.03)points,self-care ability score(34.50±4.00)points,self-concept score(26.47±4.09)points in ESCA scale were higher than those in control group(20.35±3.78)points,(40.65±5.00)points,(23.47±5.09)points,(18.52±3.87)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.190,5.987,11.430,9.471,P<0.05).The role score(65.85±10.02)points,social score(74.05±10.56)points,cognitive score(71.65±6.00)points,emotional score(70.65±8.04)points and body score(65.45±10.85)points in QLQ-C30 were higher than those in control group(59.03±10.00)points,(67.78±8.80)points,(65.47±6.02)points,(63.47±7.46)points,(59.00±9.47)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.022,3.060,4.878,4.391,3.004,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures can effectively improve the psychological condition of patients undergoing lung cancer surgery,improve their self-care ability,and ensure the quality of life,which is suitable for clinical application.
