摘要
信用借阅服务是互联网环境下公共图书馆领域产生的一种新型服务方式。通过对浙江省信用借阅服务在台州的实践情况进行研究,分析实践过程中存在的主要问题,提出了馆店合作的新型融合模式——书市服务,引入书商到馆内提供新书外借服务。这一模式打通了图书买、借、用之间的隔阂,读者的需求得到了满足,书店获得了效益,图书馆提高了读者服务的质量,取得了多赢的效果。
Credit-based borrowing service is a new service mode in the field of Public Library under the Internet environment.This paper studies the practice of credit-based borrowing service in Taizhou in Zhejiang Province,analyzes the main problems existing in the process of practice,and puts forward a new integration mode of library store cooperation-book market service,which introduces booksellers to the library to provide new book lending service.This mode has broken through the estrangement between book buying,borrowing and using.Readers'needs have been satisfied.Bookstores have gained benefits.Libraries have improved the quality of service for readers,and achieved a multi-win effect.
