摘要
智慧图书馆背景下,利用智慧化的手段提升纸质文献利用率和借阅服务效能,是公共图书馆当前工作的重要内容之一。通过对2019年至2023年江苏省公共图书馆业务数据进行分析,为国内公共图书馆的借阅服务效能提升提供可参考的策略依据。研究发现,当前江苏省公共图书馆存在借阅综合服务能力不足,服务时间、文献资源及服务群体相对集中的问题,建议公共图书馆积极应用大数据、人工智能等技术手段,优化服务时间空间,加强机构合作,精准化实施阅读推广,从而提升借阅服务的整体效能。
In the context of smart libraries,using intelligent methods to enhance the utilization rate of print literature and the efficiency of loan services is an important task for public libraries.By analyzing data of public libraries in Jiangsu Province from 2019 to 2023,the paper aims to provide reference strategies for improving the loan service efficiency of public libraries in China.The study found that public libraries in Jiangsu currently face challenges such as insufficient comprehensive service capabilities,limited service hours,documentation resources,and targeted users.It is recommended that public libraries can actively apply technologies such as big data and Artificial Intelligence,optimize service time and accessibility,strengthen institutional collaboration,and implement targeted reading promotion strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of loan services.
