摘要
目的评估妇科门诊手术室护理安全管理模式与实施效果。方法选取2020年9月-2021年9月该院妇科门诊工作的医务人员40名进行调查,按照电脑随机分配方式将其分为两组,参比组20名医务人员应用基础管理模式,观察组20名医务人员应用护理安全管理模式。分析两组医务人员进行管理后的妇科门诊手术室测评成绩、工作能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组医务人员的妇科门诊手术室测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的工作能力强于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对妇科门诊工作的医务人员进行管理时,应用护理安全管理模式能够丰富医务人员妇科门诊手术室相关知识,锻炼医务人员工作能力,提高管理服务质量。
Objective To evaluate the nursing safety management mode and implementation effect of gynecological outpatient operating room.Methods 40 medical staff working in the gynecological clinic of the hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected for investigation.They were divided into two groups according to the computer random distribution method.20 medical staff in the reference group applied the basic management mode and 20 medical staff in the observation group applied the nursing safety management mode.The evaluation results,working ability and management satisfaction of gynecological outpatient operating room after the management of medical staff in different groups were analyzed.Results After managing the medical staff working in the gynecological outpatient clinic,the evaluation results of the gynecological outpatient operating room of the medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the medical staff in the observation group was stronger than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the medical staff responsible for the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff working in gynecological outpatient clinics,the application of nursing safety management model can enrich the knowledge of medical staff in gynecological outpatient operating rooms,exercise the working ability of medical staff,and improve the quality of management services.
