摘要
目的评定护理风险警示标识用于儿科护理安全管理的效果。方法随机选取2020年10月—2021年10月该院儿科工作的医务人员40名。按随机抽样分组法分为两组,各20名。参比组应用基础护理安全管理,观察组应用护理风险警示标识管理。分析两组儿科医务人员管理后的儿科知识了解情况、标识管理能力、管理满意度。结果观察组医务人员管理后的儿科知识了解情况优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的标识管理能力强于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组负责患儿的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对儿科医务人员进行管理时,使用护理风险警示标识管理能够丰富医务人员儿科相关知识,锻炼医务人员标识管理能力,提高管理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing risk warning signs in pediatric nursing safety management.Methods 40 medical staff working in pediatrics of the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,20 medical staff in each group.The reference group applied basic nursing safety management,and the observation group applied nursing risk warning label management.The paediatric knowledge understanding,identification management ability and management satisfaction of different groups of pediatric medical staff after management were analyzed.Results The understanding of pediatric knowledge of medical staff in the observation group was better than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the identification management ability of medical staff in the observation group was stronger than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management satisfaction of children in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of pediatric medical staff,the use of nursing risk warning label management can enrich medical staff's knowledge of pediatrics,exercise medical staff's label management ability,and improve management satisfaction.
