摘要
目的:探讨在妇科门诊护理管理中应用PDCA循环管理模式的效果。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年2月妇科门诊患者47例,实施常规护理管理模式,作为对照组;选取2019年3月-2020年3月妇科门诊患者47例,实施PDCA循环护理管理,作为观察组。比较两组护理质量评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组各项护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科门诊护理管理中开展PDCA循环管理,能够显著提高妇科门诊护理管理质量,促使门诊护理服务质量实现优质化,从而显著提高患者对门诊护理服务的满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of applying PDCA cycle management model in gynecological outpatient nursing management.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,47 cases of gynecological outpatients were selected,and PDCA cycle nursing management was implemented as an observation group.From February 2018 to February 2019,47 cases of gynecological outpatients were selected to implement conventional nursing management mode as the control group.Nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing quality scores in the observation group were all higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management in gynecological outpatient nursing management can significantly improve the quality of gynecological outpatient nursing management,promote the quality of outpatient nursing service,thus significantly improve the satisfaction of patients with outpatient nursing service.
