摘要
区块链技术是教育信息化时代推进教育评价变革、助力教育公平的关键手段。区块链技术凭借安全、透明、不可篡改等特点,为促进教育评价公平性、真实性、有效性,赋能第三方评价,以及推进作为学习和教学环节的评价变革等,提供了可行的底层技术框架。探讨区块链技术在推进基础教育综合素质评价改革、构建终身学习教育评价体系、提升在线教育评价公信力3个领域中可行性应用的同时,需要重点关注和解决在教育领域深入应用区块链技术所面临的挑战,如自身的技术瓶颈、信息时代的数据保护、政策主导的评价范式与去中心化相悖等。
Blockchain technology is a key means to promote the reform of educational evaluation and educational equity in the era of educational informatization. With its characteristics of security, transparency and non-tampering, blockchain technology provides a feasible underlying technical framework for promoting the fairness, authenticity and effectiveness of educational evaluation, enabling third-party evaluation, and promoting the reform of evaluation as a link between learning and teaching. This paper discusses the feasible application of blockchain technology in the three fields of promoting the comprehensive quality evaluation reform of basic education, building a lifelong learning education evaluation system and improving the credibility of online education evaluation. At the same time, we need to focus on and solve the challenges faced by the in-depth application of blockchain technology in the field of education, such as its technical bottleneck,data protection in the information age, and the contradiction between policy led evaluation paradigm and decentralization.
