摘要
目的分析活血通络清脑方联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗短暂性脑缺血发作性眩晕患者的临床效果。方法从我院诊治的短暂性脑缺血发作性眩晕患者中选取84例患者作为本次研究对象,患者就诊时间范围为2018年1~12月,采用随机数字表法对入选的患者进行分组,分两组,研究组和对照组各42例,对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,研究组采用活血通络清脑方联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的右椎动脉(RVA)、左椎动脉(LVA)、基底动脉(BA)等脑动脉血流速度、D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平、眩晕症状评分、中风先兆症状评分、治疗期间不良反应发生率及治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,两组患者RVA、LVA、BA等脑动脉血流速度、D-D水平、FIB水平、眩晕症状评分、中风先兆症状评分对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者RVA、LVA、BA等脑动脉血流速度、FIB水平均显著高于对照组,研究组患者D-D水平、眩晕症状评分、中风先兆症状评分均显著低于对照组,研究组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者在治疗期间的不良反应发生率略低于对照组,但组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对短暂性脑缺血发作性眩晕患者采用活血通络清脑方联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,不仅能有效改善患者脑动脉血流速度,促进其眩晕症状减轻,还能降低中风发生风险,且治疗过程中对患者机体产生的不良反应较小。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huoxue Tongluo Qingnao Decoction combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with transient ischemic attack vertigo.Methods A total of 84 patients with transient ischemic attack vertigo diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The time range of patient visits was from January 2018 to December 2018.The random number table method was used to select the selected patients.Grouped and divided into two groups,the study group and the control group each had 42 cases,the control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,the research group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Qingnao Decoction combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the right vertebral column before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Arterial(RVA),left vertebral artery(LVA),basilar artery(BA)and other cerebral arterial blood flow velocity,D-dimer(D-D),fibrinogen(FIB)levels,vertigo symptom score,stroke aura symptom score,The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and the total effective rate of treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in RVA,LVA,BA and other cerebral arterial blood flow velocity,D-D level,FIB level,vertigo symptom score,and stroke symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).The RVA,LVA,BA and other cerebral arterial blood flow velocity and FIB level of the patients in the group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The D-D level,vertigo symptom score and apoplexy symptom score of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Huoxue Tongluo Qingnao Decoction combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets can not only effectively improve the cerebral arterial blood flow,promote the relief of vertigo symptoms,but also reduce the risk of stroke in patients with transient ischemic attack vertigo.The toxic and side effects on the patient's body during the treatment process are small,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
