摘要
目的探讨丹栀逍遥散加减治疗肝郁化火型持续性姿势感知性头晕的疗效。方法选取2023年1月—2023年12月诊治的60例此病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用丹栀逍遥散加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗,对照组仅使用草酸艾司西酞普兰片。比较2组疗效及治疗前后中医证候、眩晕残障量表(DHI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)积分。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候、眩晕残障、焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥散加减可有效缓解肝郁化火型持续性姿势感知性头晕,减轻眩晕,改善焦虑与抑郁状态,且不良反应少。
Objective To assess the clinical effect of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao decoction in treating persistent postural-perceptual dizziness(PPPD)of liver depression and fire type.Methods Sixty patients with dizziness diagnosed and treated from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao powder and escitalopram oxalate tablets,while the control group only used escitalopram oxalate tablets.The efficacy of the two groups and the scores of TCM syndrome,vertigo Disability Scale(DHI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)before and after treatment were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome,vertigo disability,anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao powder can effectively relieve PPPD of liver depression and fire type,reduce vertigo,improve anxiety and depression,and has less adverse reactions.
