目的:研究丹参注射液对正常大鼠血小板胞浆游离钙浓度[Ca2 + ]i 的影响。方法:以Fura - 2 /AM荧光分光光度法测定大鼠血小板内[Ca2 + ]i的变化。结果:丹参注射液对正常大鼠血小板内[Ca2 + ]i 呈剂量依赖性抑制。结论:推测丹参注射液的活血化瘀作用可能与其降低血小板内[Ca2 +
Objective To study the effect of Danshen injection on cytosolic free calcium concentration[Ca^(2+)]_i in normal rat platelets Methods The intraplatelet[Ca^(2+)]_i was measured with Fura-2/AM flurospectrophotometry. Results Danshen injection could decrease the [Ca^(2+)]_i in normal rat platelets,showing inhibition with the relationship of dose-dependence. Conclusion The effect of Danshen injection that activtes blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis is probably related to the decrease of the concentration of intraplatelet[Ca^(2+)]_i.
