摘要
高校辅导员是高校开展大学生思政教育的重要力量,辅导员队伍专业化发展对高校学生管理工作的开展、立德树人根本任务的落实有重要推进作用。治理视域下,辅导员队伍出现角色认知冲突、治理方式换挡期冲突及治理手段适应性冲突等现实困境。究其原因,无论是辅导员个体层面,还是高校管理及社会环境层面均面临着宏观和微观环境的变化及挑战。对此,高校辅导员应以立德树人为核心,树立科学的专业教育理念;以思政教育为基础,精通广泛的专业教育知识;以价值引领为关键,提升专业教育技能。同时,高校要以发展机制为目标,优化系统的专业教育机制。
College counselors are an important force in the development of ideological and political education for college students.The professional development of counselors plays an important role in the development of college student management and the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality.From the perspective of governance,the counselor team is faced with real dilemmas such as conflicts in role recognition,conflicts in the shifting period of governance methods,and conflicts in the adaptation of governance methods and so on.The reason is that both the individual counselors and the management and social environment of colleges and universities are faced with changes and challenges in macro and micro environments.In this regard,colleges and instructors should take the virtue of cultivating people as the core and establish a scientific professional education concept.Based on ideological and political education,they should be proficient in rich professional education knowledge.Taking value leadership as the key,they are bound to cultivate reasonable professional education skills.In addition,aiming at the development mechanism,they ought to optimize the systematic professional education mechanism.
