摘要
为探讨气压治疗仪联合早期康复护理对卒中患者术后深静脉血栓的预防效果,文章选取64例急性卒中偏瘫患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上采用气压治疗仪联合早期康复护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果表明:观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组小腿周径、腘静脉、股静脉血流速比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组小腿周径小于对照组,腘静脉、股静脉血流速度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。气压治疗仪联合早期康复护理能有效预防卒中患者术后深静脉血栓的形成,同时能提高护理满意度。
In order to explore the preventive effect of barotherapeutic instrument combined with early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative deep venous thrombosis in stroke patients,64 patients with acute stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group was treated with barometer.The results showed that the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in leg circumference,popliteal vein and femoral vein blood velocity between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the peripheral diameter of lower leg in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the blood flow velocity of popliteal vein and femoral vein in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Barotherapeutic instrument combined with early rehabilitation nursing can effectively prevent the formation of postoperative deep venous thrombosis in stroke patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
