摘要
目的观察脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓的康复护理疗效.方法该院2017年5月—2019年5月收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者为该次研究对象,按照康复护理模式不同将所有患者分为对照组(30例:未行常规康复护理)与实验组(30例:行预防性康复护理),比较两组患者康复护理干预效果.结果实验组患者护理干预1个星期后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表得分明显优于对照组,实验组下肢深静脉血栓形成率(0.00%)明显低于对照组,两组患者各项观察项目数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑卒中偏瘫患者康复护理干预可有效预防下肢深静脉血栓形成率,其中预防性康复护理干预效果明显优于常规康复护理.
Objective To observe the curative effect of rehabilitation nursing on lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in hemiplegia patients with stroke.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,60 stroke patients with hemiplegia were enrolled in our hospital.According to the different rehabilitation nursing mode,all patients were divided into control group(30 cases:no routine rehabilitation nursing)and experimental group(30 cases:preventive rehabilitation nursing).The effects of rehabilitation nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After one week of nursing intervention,the score of Fugl Meyer motor function evaluation scale in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the rate of deep vein thrombosis in the experimental group(0.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the data of observation items in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing intervention of hemiplegia patients with stroke can effectively prevent the rate of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,and the effect of preventive rehabilitation nursing intervention is better than that of routine rehabilitation nursing.
