摘要
目的分析社区医院脑血管患者康复护理的应用效果.方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月收治的100例脑血管患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组则采用康复护理.采用KPS评分和ADL评分评价两组患者护理前后生活质量以及生活能力的变化.结果观察组与对照组护理前KPS评分和ADL评分的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后KPS评分和ADL评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复护理在社区医院收治脑血管患者中的应用有助于改善患者的生活质量以及生活能力,从而改善患者的预后情况.
Objective To analyze the application effect of rehabilitation nursing for cerebrovascular patients in community hospital.Methods A total of 100 cerebrovascular patients admitted from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing,the observation group adopted the rehabilitation nursing.The changes of quality of life and ability of life before and after nursing were performed by KPS score and ADL score.Results The differences in the KPS score and ADL score between the observation group and the control group before nursing were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The KPS score and ADL score in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of cerebrovascular patients in community hospitals is helpful to improve the quality of life and living ability of patients,so as to improve the prognosis of patients.
