摘要
档案治理是在“推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化”的大背景下产生的,也是当下档案事业的重点和档案学界、业界关注的热点。政府及机关事业单位作为档案事业发展的核心力量,成为档案治理的权威主体。笔者从政府及机关事业单位参与档案治理的视域出发,厘清政府及机关事业单位参与档案治理的主体特征、组成要素,尝试构建其机制,以期为学界和业界提供参考和借鉴。
Archives governance is a major focus of archival undertaking and a hot spot of archival academia and industry,and it arises in the context of"promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity".As the core force of archival development,the government and public institutions have become the authoritative subject of archives governance.The author clarifies the subject characteristics and components of the government and public institutions’participation in archives governance from the perspective of the government and public institutions’participation in archives governance,and tries to build the mechanism,with a view to providing reference for the academia and the industry.
