摘要
新修订《档案法》是我国档案事业发展进程中的一个重要里程碑,也对我国档案馆治理提出了新的更高要求。文章在梳理新修订《档案法》中关于档案馆治理新增加、新变化内容的基础上,发现新修订《档案法》不仅明确地提出了档案馆治理的新目标、新任务、新要求,而且也鲜明地体现出档案馆治理的新理念、新方式和新效果。为此,档案馆不仅要与时俱进,不断强化依法治理理念,加快构建以实践问题为导向的档案馆治理内容体系,而且要聚焦加强档案馆治理制度体系建设,并不断创新治理手段,构建档案馆治理工具体系以加快推进档案馆治理体系和治理能力现代化建设。
The newly revised Archives Law is an important milestone in the development of archives in China,and it also puts forward new and higher requirements for the governance of archives.On the basis of sorting out the new additions and changes of archives governance in the newly revised Archives Law,this paper finds that it not only clearly puts forward new goals,new tasks and new requirements of archives governance,but also clearly reflects new ideas,new ways and new effects of archives governance.Therefore,archives should not only keep pace with the times,constantly strengthen the concept of governance according to law,accelerate the construction of archives governance content system oriented by practical problems,but also focus on strengthening the construction of archives governance system,constantly innovate governance means and build archives governance tool system to accelerate the modernization of archives governance system and capacity.
