摘要
目的:对《医学统计学》结业试卷进行质量评价,发现教学问题,提出相应的整改措施,为进一步提高教学质量提供依据。方法:运用教育测量学的原理和方法,对2017级临床医学专业1~6班的170名学生的《医学统计学》试卷进行分析,主要包括试卷的总体成绩分布、各题型得分情况、信度、难度系数、区分度等试卷质量相关信息。结果:本次考试学生成绩呈负偏态分布,平均分67分,及格率为74.1%,其中选择题平均得分率68.3%,计算分析题平均得分率64.9%。试卷信度为0.745,总体难度系数为0.67,总体区分度为0.47。结论:试卷的信度良好,难度较难,区分度优秀。
Objective:To find out problems in the teaching process of Medical Statistics by analyzing the graduation examination paper,and put forward corresponding reform measures,in order to provide the basis for improving the quality of teaching.Method:Applying the principles and methods of educational measurement,the Medical Statistics examination papers of 170 students from classes 1 to 6 of Clinical Medicine in grade 2017 were analyzed,including overall score distribution,score of each question type,reliability,difficulty,and discrimination.Results:The scores showed a negative skewed distribution,the mean score was 67,the passing rate was 74.1%,the average score for the multiple-choice questions was 68.3%,and the average score for the computational analysis questions was 64.9%.The reliability of paper was 0.745,the overall difficulty was 0.67,and the overall discrimination was 0.47.Conclusion:The reliability of paper is good,the overall difficulty is high and the overall discrimination is very good.
