航空用苯基乙基硅橡胶生胶的合成及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以八甲基环四硅氧烷、甲基苯基环硅氧烷、六乙基环三硅氧烷、四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷为主要原料,在四甲基氢氧化铵碱胶催化下制得苯基乙基硅橡胶生胶。采用核磁共振氢谱仪和差式扫描量热仪对生胶结构进行表征,研究了苯基乙基硅橡胶的基本性能、玻璃化转变温度、损耗角和动刚度。结果表明,合成的苯基乙基硅橡胶生胶中甲基苯基链节摩尔分数为5.5%,乙基链节摩尔分数为5.9%;苯基乙基硅橡胶的耐热性能显著优于乙基硅橡胶且接近苯基硅橡胶,耐寒性能接近乙基硅橡胶;苯基硅橡胶、苯基乙基硅橡胶和乙基硅橡胶的玻璃化转变温度分别为-110.1 ℃、-120.3 ℃和-129.0 ℃;苯基乙基硅橡胶的损耗角低于苯基硅橡胶,但高于乙基硅橡胶,且随着温度的升高而降低;苯基乙基硅橡胶在-40 ℃、常温和120 ℃时的动刚度分别为661 N/mm、435 N/mm和352 N/mm,在高低温条件下的动刚度稳定性良好;本实验制得的苯基乙基硅橡胶可作为在-75~200 ℃内使用的航空减振材料。 The phenyl ethyl silicone rubber was prepared by using octmethylcyclotetra siloxane,methylphenylcyclotetra siloxane,hexaethylcyclotrisiloxane and tetramethyltetravinyl cyclotetrasiloxane as the main raw material under the catalysis of tetramethylammonium hydroxide alkali glue.The structure of the rubber was characterized by 1 H NMR and DSC,and the properties,glass transition temperature,loss angle and dynamic stiffness of phenylethyl silicone rubber were studied.The results show that the mole fraction of methyl phenyl and ethyl chain segments in the synthesized phenylethyl silicone rubber is 5.5%and 5.9%respectively.The heat resistance of phenyl ethyl silicone rubber is significantly better than that of ethyl silicone rubber and close to that of phenyl silicone rubber,and the cold resistance is close to that of ethyl silicone rubber.The glass transition temperatures of phenyl silicone rubber,phenylethyl silicone rubber and ethyl silicone rubber are-110.1℃,-120.3℃and-129.0℃,respectively.The loss angle of phenylethyl silicone rubber is lower than that of phenyl silicone rubber,but higher than that of ethyl silicone rubber,and decreases with the increase of temperature.The dynamic stiffness of phenylethyl silicone rubber at-40℃,normal temperature and 120℃are 661 N/mm,435 N/mm,435 N/mm,352 N/mm,respectively.The dynamic stiffness stability is good both at high and low temperature.The prepared phenylethyl silicone rubber can be used as aviation damping materials in the temperature range of-75~200℃.
