摘要
教学查房作为临床教学的重要教学手段在目前的妇产科规范化住院医师培训中起着关键作用。目前教学查房存在教案老旧、与最新诊疗指南脱节、被动式教育、教学成效低、缺少人文关怀等缺点。文章选取“宫颈癌规范化诊疗”作为教学查房案例,详细介绍教案的设计、教学查房的步骤及临床实践的效果。并由此开展对目前妇产科教学查房现状的探讨及改革措施。
As an important teaching method of clinical teaching,teaching rounds play a key role in the current standardized resident training of obstetrics and gynecology.The current teaching rounds have shortcomings such as old teaching plans,disconnect from the latest diagnosis and treatment guidelines,passive education,low teaching effectiveness,and lack of humanistic care.This article selects "standardized diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer" as a case of teaching rounds,and introduces in detail the design of teaching plans,the steps of teaching rounds and the effects of clinical practice.And thus carry out the discussion and reform measures of the current status of ward rounds in obstetrics and gynecology.
