摘要
目的探讨以压疮护理单为指导的体位护理对手术室高危患者压力性损伤、心理、舒适度、生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2018年1月—2020年10月该院120例手术室高危患者,随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组在围手术期采取常规护理,观察组在围手术期以压疮护理单作为指导,对患者实施体位护理。比较两组患者的压力性损伤发生率,比较两组患者术后的疼痛和舒适度,比较护理前后的心理状态、生活质量。结果观察组、对照组的压力性损伤发生率分别为1.67%、13.33%,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05)。观察组术后第1天、第2天、第3天的疼痛评分分别为(3.46±0.61)分、(2.81±0.70)分、(2.19±0.64)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.727、6.092、5.754,P<0.05)。观察组术后第1天、第2天、第3天的舒适度评分分别为(91.80±3.54)分、(95.62±2.97)分、(98.73±3.18)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.409、6.759、6.531,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的焦虑评分(40.90±3.74)分、抑郁评分(41.85±3.81)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.729、8.000,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的生活质量评分(86.57±3.72)分高于对照组(82.48±3.34)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.337,P<0.05)。结论以压疮护理单为指导的体位护理可有效降低手术室高危患者的压力性损伤发生风险,使患者感觉更加舒适,有利于改善其心理及生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of postural care guided by the pressure ulcer care sheet on the pressure injury,psychology,comfort,and quality of life of high-risk patients in the operating room.Methods From January 2018 to October 2020,conveniently select 120 high-risk patients in the operating room of the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group took routine care during the perioperative period,and the observation group took the pressure ulcer care sheet as a guide during the perioperative period to implement postural care for the patients.Compared the incidence of pressure ulcers between the two groups of patients,compare the postoperative pain and comfort of the two groups of patients,compare the psychological state and quality of life before and after nursing.Results The incidence of pressure injury in the observation group and the control group were 1.67%and 13.33%,respectively,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were(3.46±0.61)points,(2.81±0.70)points,and(2.19±0.64)points on the 1st,2nd,and 3rd day after operation,which all were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.727,6.092,5.754,P<0.05).The comfort scores of the observation group were(91.80±3.54)points,(95.62±2.97)points,and(98.73±3.18)points on the 1st,2nd,and 3rd day after operation,which all were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.409,6.759,6.531,P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety score(40.90±3.74)points and depression score(41.85±3.81)points of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.729,8.000,P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group(86.57±3.72)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.48±3.34)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.337,P<0.05).Conclusion Positional care guided by the pressure ulcer care sheet can effectively reduce the risk of pressure ulcers in high-risk patients in the operating room,make the patients feel more comfortable,and help improve their psychology and quality of life.
