4种诱抗剂对烟草靶斑病的诱抗性 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】探明水杨酸、芸苔素内酯、S-诱抗素和黄腐酸诱导烟草抗靶斑病的效果,为生产上防控烟草靶斑病提供依据。【方法】采用室内盆栽试验方法,测定黄腐酸、S-诱抗素、水杨酸、0.01%芸苔素内脂可湿性粉剂4种诱抗剂对烟草靶斑病的抗病性、防御酶活性及农艺性状的影响。【结果】4种诱抗剂均能提高引起烟草靶斑病的立枯丝核菌的抗性,其中S-诱抗素和水杨酸诱导抗病效果最佳,分别为61.62%和56.61%;S-诱抗素显著增强烟叶苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及可溶性蛋白质含量,其MDA含量及相对电导率显著降低,能减少致病菌对烟叶细胞膜的损伤程度;4种诱抗剂都能促进烟株生长,其中S-诱抗素和水杨酸对烟株农艺性状改善效果最佳。【结论】诱抗剂通过提高烟叶防御酶活性、提高烟叶可溶性蛋白含量以维持细胞渗透平衡,同时促进烟株生长以提高其抗病性,S-诱抗素和水杨酸对烟草靶斑病的诱抗效果最佳。 【Objective】The induced resistance effect of salicylic acid,brassinolide,S-abscisic acid and fulvic acid against tobacco target spot is determined to provide the scientific basis for controlling target spot in tobacco production.【Method】The effects of four resistant inducers(salicylic acid,brassinolide,S-abscisic acid and fulvic acid)on resistance to target spot,defense enzyme activity and agronomic traits of tobacco plants are determined by an indoor pod test.【Result】Four resistant inducers all can improve the resistance of tobacco plants to Rhizoctonia solani causing tobacco target spot.The optimal disease resistance effect of S-abscisic acid and salicylic acid is up to 61.62%and 56.61%respectively.S-abscisic acid can enhance the PAL,CAT and SOD activity of tobacco leaves,increase soluble protein content of tobacco leaves,decrease MDA content and relative conductivity of tobacco leaves significantly,which can reduce the membranal damage degree of tobacco leaves caused by pathogenic bacteria.Four resistant inducers all can promote growth of tobacco plants.S-abscisic acid and salicylic acid both have the optimal improvement effect on agronomic traits of tobacco plants.【Conclusion】Four resistant inducers can maintain cell osmotic balance by improving the activity of defense enzymes and the content of soluble protein in tobacco leaves,and promote growth of tobacco plants to improve their resistance to pathogens.S-abscisic acid and salicylic acid have the optimal resistance to tobacco target spot.
