宛氏拟青霉提取物对夏玉米气体交换参数及产量的影响

摘要 为探讨野生沙棘根系内生真菌宛氏拟青霉菌株的提取物(ZNC)对夏玉米光合气体交换参数和产量的影响,设置单施复合肥(U)、复合肥配施ZNC喷雾(UZ)2个处理,研究了复合肥配施ZNC喷雾对玉米净光合速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和产量的影响。结果表明,UZ处理较U处理玉米叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率显著提升,产量显著提高8.53%。宛氏拟青霉提取物喷雾可提高玉米关键生育时期叶片光合速率,显著提高产量。 In order to investigate the effects of the extract of wild sea buckthorn endophytic fungus paecilomyces variotii extract(ZNC)on photosynthetic gas exchange parameters and yield of summer maize,two treatments were set:single application of compound fertilizer(U)and compound fertilizer combined with ZNC spray(UZ).The effects of compound fertilizer combined with ZNC spray on net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO_(2) concentration,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and yield of maize were studied.The results showed that UZ treatment significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of maize leaves compared with U treatment,and the yield was significantly increased by 8.53%.Paecilomyces variotii extract spray can increase the photosynthetic rate of maize leaves in the critical growth period and significantly increase the yield.
