摘要
郭军教授认为神志因素在男科疾病的发生发展中有重要作用,所谓“得神者昌,失神者亡”,临床上运用调神针法治疗男科疾病有很好的临床疗效。中医辨证治疗男科疾病多从肝肾入手,通过补益肝肾,活血通络以助疗效。郭军教授在此基础上,基于心-脑-肾脏象轴,自创调神针法治疗男科疾病,为针灸治疗男科疾病提供一种新思路。
Professor Guo Jun believes that mental factors play an important role in the occurrence and development of andrological diseases.As“preserving Shen(spirit)guarantees health while loss of Shen(spirit)leads to death”,it has a desirable clinical effect to treat andrological diseases with mind-regulating acupuncture method.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and treatment, andrological diseasesare treated mainly starting with liver and kidney, and the curative effect is enhanced by tonifying and replenishing liver and kidney, activating blood and dredging collaterals.On this basis, Professor Guo Jun created mind-regulating acupuncture method to treat andrological diseasescentering on the heart-brain-kidney viscera axis.This paper aimed to summarize Professor Guo Jun′s academic thought and clinical experience of regulating the mind, and provide a new idea foracupuncture treatment of andrological diseases.
