摘要
阿尔茨海默氏症(Alzheimers disease,AD)是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病。"通督启神"理论在改善AD患者临床症状和提高其生活质量方面具有显著优势。目前,临床常用的针刺治疗AD的方式分为手针、脉冲电针和音乐电针疗法等。不同针刺方法针对不同AD患者均具有不同优势。目前,药物治疗AD现状并不乐观,大量临床及基础实验研究中均发现针刺治疗AD具有疗效高、安全、便捷和经济的优势。因此,本文通过总结归纳现有针刺治疗AD的疗效及机制,以期找到治疗AD更加完善的针刺方式及理论体系,为临床治疗AD提供更多参考。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system."Tongdu Qishen"theory has significant advantages in improving clinical symptoms and improving the quality of life of AD patients.At present,the clinically used acupuncture treatments for AD include hand acupuncture,pulse electroacupuncture,and music electroacupuncture.Different acupuncture methods have different advantages for different AD patients.At present,the current status of drug treatment of AD is not optimistic.A large number of clinical and basic experimental studies have found that acupuncture treatment of AD has high efficacy,safety,convenience and economic advantages.Therefore,this article summarizes and summarizes the current acupuncture treatment of AD’s efficacy and mechanism research in order to find a more comprehensive acupuncture method and theoretical system for treating AD,and provide more references for clinical treatment of AD.
