摘要
针对西南地区青龙煤矿碎软煤层钻孔施工存在成孔率低、钻孔深度浅、瓦斯抽采效果差等问题,结合矿区瓦斯地质条件,利用定向钻机进行了空气复合定向钻孔施工。首先介绍了空气复合定向钻进工作原理,然后针对定向钻进试验进行了定向钻孔设计、配套钻探设备选型、钻具组合等工作。最后在青龙煤矿21601运顺迎头钻场进行了空气复合定向钻孔施工,共施工定向钻孔7个,开分支孔29个,累计孔深3855 m,煤层进尺3479 m,最长主孔384 m。试验表明,该定向钻进装备和钻进成孔工艺成孔率高、瓦斯抽采效果显著,为松软煤层矿区瓦斯治理提供了借鉴。
Aiming at the problems of low porosity,shallow drilling depth and poor gas extraction effect during drilling construction of crushed soft coal seam in Qinglong coal mine in southwest China,the directional drilling rig was used to carry out the drilling process of air composite directional drilling.At first introduced the working principle of air composite directional drilling,and then carried out directional drilling design,matching drilling equipment selection and drilling assembly for directional drilling test.Finally,air composite directional drilling was carried out in Qinglong coal mine 21601drilling field of running face,a total of 7 directional drilling holes were constructed,29 branch holes were opened,the cumulative hole depth was 3855 m,coal seam length was 3479 m,and the longest main hole was 384 m.The test shows that the directional drilling equipment and drilling technology have high porosity rate and remarkable gas extraction effect,which provide a reference for gas control in soft coal seam.
