摘要
                
                    针对大功率自动定向钻机市场使用情况及新的需求,在第一代自动定向钻机基础上升级了新功能。首先,介绍了钻机及泵车构成、设备参数和主要功能;然后,对试验地点地层信息、钻场基本情况进行了介绍,论述了设备的配套钻具组合及施工工艺;最后,在淮南张集煤矿1223(3)轨顺钻场进行了5个钻孔的施工,累计进尺2 874 m,最大孔深达到639 m。试验表明,大功率定向钻机自动化程度高、设备故障率低、人机交互性好且有效实现了井下减人增效的目标,为大直径钻孔治理瓦斯提供技术支撑。
                
                In response to the market usage and new demands of high-power automatic directional drilling rig,new functions have been upgraded based on the first-generation automatic directional drilling rig.Firstly,the composition of the drilling rig and pump truck,equipment parameters and main functions were introduced.Then,the formation information at the test site and the basic situation of the drilling site were introduced,expounded on the matching drilling tool assembly and construction technology of the equipment.Finally,five boreholes were constructed at the 1223(3)track roadway drilling site in Zhangji coal mine of Huainan.The cumulative footage reached 2874 m,and the maximum borehole depth was 639 m.Experiments indicated that the high-power directional drilling rig features a high degree of automation,a low equipment failure rate,excellent human-machine interactivity,and effectively achieved the goal of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency in underground.It provides technical support for gas control through large-diameter boreholes.
