摘要
叙述了井下钻进的现状,发现其中的问题,对出现的问题提出自己的看法,设计出了一套新型的无尘钻进防喷系统,介绍了无尘钻防喷系统的结构组成和工作原理,并提出了具体实施方式。基于在平煤十三矿的现场应用,对该系统的除尘效率和回风瓦斯浓度进行试验,结果得出这套系统的除尘率达到95%以上,降低了钻孔产生的粉尘污染,大大降低了回风流中瓦斯浓度,且对防止煤与瓦斯的喷出有一定的作用,现场的作业环境得到了巨大的改善,井下工作场所的安全得到了保证。
Describes the current situation of underground drilling and find the problem,put forward their views on emerging issues,and designed a new type of clean drilling BOP systems,introduces the structure and composition of the dust-free drilling BOP system and works,and put forward specific embodiments.Based on the application in the field of Ping Dingshan No. 13 Mine,the removal efficiency of the system and return air gas concentration are tested,the result of this system removal rate reaches more than 95%,which reduces the dust pollution from drilling and greatly reduces Merry back to the gas concentration,even on the prevention of coal and gas discharge to a certain extent,the scene of the operating environment has been tremendous improvement and underground workplace safety can be guaranteed.
